How CalmResolve works
A CalmResolve session is designed to be easy to start. There is no account to create, and participants join using their session code.
One person books the session and invites the other participant. Sessions are currently priced at £44.99 per person for 60 minutes, including VAT.
Each participant uses their unique code to join. CalmResolve is built to keep access simple while still protecting the privacy of the session.
You explain your view to the mediator in your own words. The mediator helps clarify the issue before anything constructive is shared with the other person.

Mediation transcripts are kept for a short period, currently up to 72 hours, so a session can be reopened or downloaded. After that, they are removed from active systems in line with the service privacy approach.
