How it works

How CalmResolve AI mediation works

CalmResolve® is not a message relay. The mediator helps each person explain themselves privately, looks for workable points of progress, and shares only neutral, constructive summaries where that helps the conversation move forward.

1

Book and invite

A session is booked and each participant receives their own join details. There is no account to create.

2

Speak privately

Each person explains their position to the mediator in a private channel. Raw messages are not shown to the other participant.

3

Move towards next steps

The mediator asks practical questions, reduces heat, and helps identify boundaries, options, trial arrangements or agreement points.

What the mediator does

  • Clarifies what matters. It helps turn emotion, frustration or long histories into clearer issues that can be discussed.
  • Uses neutral language. It avoids inflammatory relaying and tries to make each person easier to understand.
  • Keeps the focus practical. It asks about dates, expectations, boundaries, responsibilities and what could be acceptable for now.

What it does not do

  • It does not decide who is right. The purpose is constructive progress, not judgement.
  • It does not provide legal advice. People should seek professional advice where legal rights or formal agreements matter.
  • It does not handle unsafe situations. Fear, coercion, intimidation or immediate risk need external support.

Common questions

Does the AI mediator tell the other person everything I say?

No. The other person does not see your raw messages. The mediator may share a neutral summary or a constructive point where that helps the mediation.

Can it create an agreement?

Where the session reaches common ground, CalmResolve can help capture agreed points in plain language. This is not legal advice and may not be legally binding without professional review.
