Join a mediation session

To join a CalmResolve mediation, you’ll need the code that was sent to you by email or text message. This code is unique to you and keeps the session private.

You’ll find this in the message titled "CalmResolve – your mediation code". The format is three letters followed by six numbers.

If you can’t find your code, check your spam or junk folder, or ask the person who booked the mediation to resend your invitation.

Your messages are private to the AI mediator. The other participant does not see your raw messages – only neutral summaries where you explicitly agree for something to be shared.
